How to create a Workout

To create a workout program for your app, it is important to consider the various ways in which workouts can be presented.

Option one: to use full-length videos, which can also be streamed through Chromecast and Apple TV. These videos can feature a single workout session, such as a 20-30 minute kettlebell workout.

Option two: to create a series of exercises, each with the possibility of adding rep, time, or sets. This allows your clients to have a more interactive and customizable workout experience.

*Complicated workouts like EMOM and AMRAP are supported.
