How to create an Exercise

In addition to creating your own workouts, our video exercise library provides users with 600 exercise videos to choose from.

Additionally, users have the option to upload their own exercise videos or photos for a more personalized workout program. By utilizing these options, a comprehensive and engaging workout program can be built for app users.

Instructions for uploading exercises to the dashboard:

Go to the exercises section and click the "plus" button.

Fill out the form:

  • Title: Enter a name for the exercise, for example: Jumping Squats

  • Category: (optional) If you would like to categorize this exercise for your exercise library in the app, you can select a category (first you would need to create various caterogies for your app)

  • Summary: Provide a brief summary of the exercise.

  • Explanation: Include a detailed explanation of how to perform the exercise, which will be shown in the workout.

  • Video player type for explanations: Select the type of video player you would like to use (e.g. YouTube link, uploaded video, image).

  • Images: Instead of videos, images may also be used to show how to perform the exercise. When multiple images are uploaded, they will automatically loop as a small video.

Additionally, users have the option to edit the starting and ending seconds of their videos to remove any unnecessary logos or intros:

  • Video start playing second (in workout overview): Users can program the starting second for the exercise video if they have an intro logo that they do not want to display in the workout player each time.

  • Video stop playing second (in workout overview): Similarly, users can program the ending second for the exercise video if they have an ending logo that they do not want to display in the workout player each time.
