How to manage Categories
In order to organize the various components of your fitness app, it is essential to create distinct categories for programs, workouts, recipes, meal plans, articles, and other elements. This facilitates effective structuring of the app and makes it easier for users to access the content they need.
When creating a fitness app, it is important to organize different types of content to make it user-friendly. One way to do this is by categorizing the content. Here's an example on how to categorize the workouts in your app:
Create a category for the workouts, such as "Upper Body Workouts".
In the workout section, create a new workout and choose the appropriate category, in this case, "Upper Body Workouts".
To build the Upper Body workout section in the app, select the screen and go to "Elements & Layouts" on the left. Drag the "List" box and drop it in the app.
When you want to categorize workouts, go to the app content and click on the top right bottom. You can see all data type content in the General field, select "Workouts" from the dropdown list.
Choose the appropriate category for the workout, in this case, "Upper Body Workouts".
By following these steps, you can effectively categorize your workouts, making it easier for users to find and access them.

To categorize other types of content in the app, such as recipes or articles, follow similar steps by creating categories and assigning the content to the appropriate category.
This allows you to organize and present your app content in a structured and logical manner.
