Actions allow you to automatically send emails, push notifications, chat messages, link to Zapier etc. when a user performs a certain event.

For instances if a user sign's up but doesn't finish payment you can automatically send an e-mail after 24 hours, 1 week and a month to remind them to finish their payment. But there are many more events for when users are active, inactive etc.
