Meal plan
On the Your Move, one can create customized meal plans. Different meal plans can be easily created if your clients want to lose weight, gain muscle, manage a chronic condition, or eat healthily.

Meal plans can be structured by days or weeks, and they can be adjusted as needed based on individual progress and feedback.
Before creating a meal plan, we recommend uploading needed content, such as recipes and supporting information, as articles.
In the content section, navigate to the "Plans, Programs & Courses" section. Click on the "Plus" button to create a new program. Fill out the form:

Title: Enter a title for your meal plan.
Subtitle: (Optional) Add a subtitle for your plan if needed.
Description: Provide a detailed description of your meal plan, outlining the goals.
Category: Assign your meal plan to a category in the dashboard (Note: categories must be created before).
Fixed start day: (Optional) Set a fixed start day if needed.
Images: Upload an image for the meal plan icon, which will be displayed in your app.
Number of users outside of the Your Move platform: This field is for tracking statistics; enter the number of users participating in the program outside the Your Move platform.
Period type: Select the type of period that the plan will follow, such as Week, Day, Set, or Module.
Show the date in the period tab for the day: (Optional) Select this option to show the calendar date for the meal plan.
Should lock future items?: (Optional) Select yes if you want to restrict users from accessing future days, weeks, or modules until they mark the "complete" recommended recipe.
Restrict availability: Choose who should have access to the program. Options include everyone, users with a certain plan or one-time product, or specific users.

Users with a one-time certain plan or one-time product (will give options to upgrade): Make a program available to the particular membership or one-time purchase product.
Specific users (will hide for other users): Mostly used for 1:1 online consultations and premium subscriptions, where you can assign meal plans just for specific users.

Version: Choose All data types where the plan can include and workouts, recipes, articles, and access to other screens, forms, online classes, and quizzes.
